This September, GTEK successfully delivered a large jaw crusher frame, weighing approximately 19 tons and standing nearly 3 meters tall (including shipping rack). The frame is fabricated to be compatible with the Sandvik CJ615 Jaw Crusher.
The frame is constructed from front-wall and rear-end castings, along with high-strength steel plates welded on both sides. The welding process was carried out by an European Welding Federation (EWF) certified professional, ensuring the highest quality standards. And then be heat treated to relieve internal stresses, ensuring its durability and reliability in the harshest operating conditions.
